Consideration:

Charity Gala’s, such as NCL for example, are similar to weddings, however there are roughly 10-20+ ‘brides’ (ticktockers, in NCL) at each event instead of just one ‘bride’, and 10-20 families instead of 2, so keep that in mind when you’re contemplating prices. There is a tremendous amount of time and work to be done to create your event portraits and a lot of gear to purchase such as bulbs, photo disc cards, hotels, prints etc. For this purpose, any digitals and or products are to be purchased separately (unless called out otherwise in the packages). The above packages are considered greatly discounted taking all into account.

Consideration:

Taxes and Travel fees will be added as applicable. Meals are to be provided to all photographers and staff for any event that is 5 hours or more. Your room block discounts are requested for our hotel stays.

Consideration:

The above packages are good for up to 20 debutantes, and up to 100 guests at your event. Please let us know if you have any additions and or add-ons for your event and we can customize your package to reflect it’s size.

Consideration:

It is always highly recommended to add-on one of our extra photographers to broaden your coverage. No matter how many photographers however, we cannot always guarantee that every shot you’re hoping for will be captured.

Consideration:

IF your chapter paid and contracted with us for their gala and portrait session, each senior debutante within that chapter will receive a $100 off a full-sized senior portrait session to be used within 6 months.

Consideration:

A 50% retainer and a signed contract are due upon booking. The remaining balance will be due by 30 days prior to your first photoshoot or event (whichever comes first)

Even with our generously discounted packages, Photography may be one of your largest expenses at your event following your venue costs and food. Many organizations have the members families or local sponsors contribute towards these services to help alleviate the organization from carrying the entire bill, even though all billing will be soley sent to the organization. We only contract and accept direct payments from the organizations themselves, except for private digital or print orders following your events, which can be placed by anyone.

Consideration:

Your 501(c)(3) will be needed for all tax free events. Taxes will be charged, however, to any patrons ordering products or digitals following your event.

Consideration:

For The Claire, all debutantes must be in attendance and have their photoshoot on the same day. There are no makeups for this discounted session. A makeup session will cost a full-sized portrait session per person plus tax & travel with approval from your organization to shoot at the same portrait sessions location. Your organization is responsible to re-reserve and pay for any makeup session location fees.

Consideration:

Your portrait session maybe discounted 10% further if booked, paid for and contracted in conjunction, and at the same time as, your gala package.

All image galleries will have a 4-6 week lead time excluding holiday weeks.

It is highly recommended that the debutantes have their hair and makeup done prior to their portrait sessions for a uniformed, and polished look.

Due to our pricing and the fact that we rely on outside orders to make up for the generous discounts, we require that we are the ONLY photographers at your event. This also alleviates any issues with others getting in front of our shots, lighting triggers being interrupted and all of the images will be in one place following your event, which makes for easy ordering.
