BACKDROP RENTal Information:
Backdrop rentals for any occasion. Weddings, Birthdays, Graduations, Events, Holidays, Corporate, etc. It's always a good time when your guests can take their own photos or selfies in front of a solid or patterned backdrop. Kimberly has many backdrops on hand and can also create custom backdrops to your liking.
All backdrops start at $400 per event plus tax.
All backdrops come with a full-sized stand to fit up to a 10x10 backdrop of your choice.
Backdrops do not include flooring, but it is available upon request as seen under add-ons.
It is required not to put a backdrop in front of glass or a window to prevent light coming through the backdrop and to prevent accidents.
All backdrops are suggested for indoor use only.
All backdrops will be installed by an hour prior to your event and will be picked up within a half hour following your event (or within 24 hours if permitted).
Please note, most backdrops naturally come with folds and wrinkles. They will be hung as taught as possible, however, keep in mind they are free flowing, and some fabrics wrinkle more than others.
Customize your backdrop:
We can customize any backdrop to your liking for a custom charge with such items as faux florals, swags, trees, flooring etc. Please inquire for a custom bid.
Add-Ons:
Vinyl FLOORING $250 per event.
Select FURNITURE (if in stock). Please inquire. $100-$450/ per event plus tax depending on the item.
A PROP BOX of handheld props such as signs, masks, wigs, hats, glasses, boas and other fun items for your guests to hold. Comes with either a draped table ($50 extra) or a floor basket to house the items in for your guests to grab. These items are not to leave the booth and will be charged for if missing upon pick up. $100 per event plus tax
String LIGHTING to surround the backdrop (must have close electrical outlet and allow for cords to be taped to the ground). $100 per event plus tax
Side PANELS or SWAGS (if in stock) are available to add. $100 per event plus tax
Constant FRONT LIGHTING (must have close electrical outlet and allow for cords to be taped to the ground). $250 per event plus tax
BALLOONS may be custom bid depending on your needs.
Faux FLORALS may be custom bid depending on your wishes and design.
Custom SIGNAGE to hang from the backdrop. These are to buy items and custom priced upon request. These are popular to say ‘Congratulations’, or the couples name, or a company logo, etc. Custom signage would stay with you after pick up.
Travel & installation:
Travel fees on the backdrop are waived for any event in which we are photographing.
All other events will be billed $1.38 per mile (round trip) from Hico, Texas.
Terms:
Booking requires a $300 deposit, a 50% retainer (of the product, tax and travel) upon booking and a signed contract to reserve your date. The remaining balance in full is due by two days prior to your event. Delivery of the event items will not happen without payment in full and will result in a forfeit of the retainer unless used within 6 months.
ALL ITEMS MUST REMAIN IN PERFECT CONDITION UPON PICK UP SO YOUR DEPOSIT IS RETURNED TO YOU. ALL MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
